The March 23, 2022 general meeting of the Valley Art Association (VAA), 7 p.m., will feature one of Washington County’s best kept secrets: “Toot Uncommon Flutes”. Group member Maggie Clingan will present on this unique ensemble that features flutes of all kinds, playing a wide variety of music. The VAA, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, promotes the art and artists of the tri-state Cumberland Valley and operates the Mansion House Art Center & Gallery in Hagerstown’s historic City Park. Its general meetings, currently being held online, are open to VAA members and the public.
