1. Erno Rubik invented the Rubik’s Cube in 1974 . . . and he has said he can solve it in “two to three minutes.” The record is 3.13 seconds. By the way, Erno celebrated his 80th birthday earlier this month.
2. The famous British “Keep Calm and Carry On” posters that have been parodied a million times were never distributed. They made the posters in 1939 but decided not to distribute them because they thought it might cause a panic.
3. Weird Al’s song “Eat It” hit number one in Australia in 1984. It’s a parody of Michael Jackson’s “Beat It” . . . which only made it to number three in Australia.
