- Lainey Wilson has been writing songs for years, but she didn’t waste her time as a kid writing about middle school drama or love songs. She instead wrote about tequila and cigarettes. In a recent interview she shared that she wrote about those things after hearing about them in songs and on TV. They didn’t even have tequila and cigarettes in the Wilson household. Though she still writes about tequila and cigarettes, she’s now open to writing some love songs with the inspiration of her current boyfriend, former NFL Qb Delvin “Duck” Hodges.
- Jon Pardi will officially be inducted as the first California native in the Grand Ole Opry on October 24th 2023. And talking with Jon he recalled the moment he was invited to join:
- Carrie Underwood will once again star in the show open for Sunday Night Football. It’ll be her 11th season and will debut this year on September 10th with the Dallas Cowboys vs New York Giants game.
