- Inclusion of event sponsors in the on-air broadcast is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of 104.7 WAYZ.
- No crowd-funded (Gofundme) campaigns.
- Only events that are charitable in nature, organized by a 501 (c)(3), or are for the betterment of the community will be considered.
- Please provide the most important information only. The on-air segments will only be 15-20 seconds. Web pages and social media pages are best for contact. If phone is the only means of contact, please only include one phone number/contact person.
- We will not air event cancellation notices. If an event is canceled, we will simply remove the event from rotation.
- If event is less than five (5) business days from submission, it may not be considered for air.
- We are unable to provide information regarding if/when an event may be featured on-air.
- We are unable to provide audio samples.
