This Saturday at Interchange Brewery in partnership with Cushwa Brewing there will be the Tiki Trot 5k & Beer Mile!
The event will include a 5K road race (runners, walkers, families invited) and a 21 and older Beer Mile.
At the conclusion of the 5k and Beer mile there will be an after-party that will start at noon and end around 3pm.
You can even participate in both runs if you want!
Included with the price of your 5K and/or Beer Mile registration:
• One Free Beverage to Each Participant Provided by Cushwa Brewery Company or Interchange Tiki Bar & Brewery. Under 21: Soda/Juice. 21 & Older: Choice of Soda, Juice or Craft Beer.
• Race Technical T-Shirt
