- Eric Church is part of a group of buyers who are purchasing a majority stake in the Charlotte Hornets. Michael Jordan is selling the team, but will stay on as a minority owner. The purchase still needs the approval of the NBA Board of Governors.

- Morgan Wallen’s One Thing at a Time is back at the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 for it’s 13th nonconsecutive week. His album went for 12 consecutive weeks at No. 1 until it was dethroned by the deluxe edition of Taylor Swift’s Midnights.
