In today’s Honky Tonk Truth, Chris Stapleton reveals where he keeps all his awards, Parker McCollum talks about his latest album, and Morgan Wallen stays hot on the chart despite the postponed tour dates.

 

  • Chris Stapleton won The ACM for Entertainer of the Year and revealed in an interview that he doesn’t keep awards in his house. He takes them on tour so fans can have a chance to see them. So if you’re ever in the VIP fan section at a Chris Stapleton show, there’s a good chance you’ll see some impressive hardware.

 

  • Parker McCollum had a #1 song last week with “Handle On You” and on Friday he released his 4th studio album Never Enough. When talking about the new album, Parker said this is what he wants the fans to take away from it:

 

  • Morgan Wallen recently was put on six weeks of vocal rest and had to postpone some tour dates. While his tour might be put on pause, his record is still going hot on the Billboard 200. One Thing at a Time has now spent 10 consecutive weeks at the #1 spot and has eclipsed his 2021 release Dangerous: The Double Album. And the album shows no real sign of slowing down as it went up 2% in album units.
