Growing up, whenever my family would go to a museum, park, zoo, amusement park, etc., my brother and I would look for the pressed penny machines! My brother and I both have little booklets that have them all inside.
Now, whenever I come across a pressed penny machine, I’ll get one to add to my collection.
This past weekend, I was in Philadelphia and I found two machines! One at the Independence Seaport Museum, and the other at the Eastern State Penitentiary. Another local one I’ve gotten is from Hershey’s Chocolate World.

Now I have a few more destinations I want to check out around here! I found some cool places on that list of where the machines are, like Dinosaur Land in VA, and one in Cacopon Resort State Park in WV!
