Today’s pick for Fresh Music Friday is NEW from Brett Eldredge, called “Songs About You”.
Eldredge said of the song:
“Songs about you is a breakup song in some ways, but the breakup already happened. Like, you haven’t been with this person for a while. But, we all have somebody that’s got a permanent spot in our hearts somewhere. When that music- when you hear a certain song, you’re right back with that person. You can’t shake ‘em no matter what you do. And I think that’s what this song does, is that it brings you right back to that person, and every song’s about you.”
