OFFICIAL RULES:
1. Drop off donation at Hamilton Hyundai or Nissan and register for a free car and get a $5 gift card to Johnnies
2. Drop off donations at Johnnies and receive a $5 gift card to Johnnies
3. Take a test drive at either Hamilton Dealership listed above and register for 6 months of free food from Johnnies and receive a gift card from Johnnies valued between $5 and $100
4. Donations can be in the form of goods or money
5. All proceeds go to the troops in the Middle East
6. See Hamilton’s, Johnnies or WAYZ’s web sites for acceptable goods
7. Must be 18 or older to win
8. One qualifier for the car giveaway will be drawn during a remote broadcast at Hamilton Nissan, Hagerstown, MD on July 3, 2009
9. 8 qualifiers will be drawn for the car giveaway on or about the date of Monday, July 13th and contacted immediately.
10. 1 qualifier for the car giveaway will be drawn from donations collected Monday, July 13th through Thursday, July 16th on Friday, July 17th and contacted immediately.
11. 9 qualifiers will be drawn from the test drive registrants for 6 months of free food from Johnnies on Monday, July 13th
12. 1 qualifier will be drawn from test drives taken place Monday, July 13th - Thursday, July 16th on Friday, July 17th and contacted immediately.
13. There will be 10 qualifiers for each prize
1. All qualifiers are required to be present at the Washington County Ag Expo for the giveaway on July 18th, 2009.
2. You Must be Present to Win
3. Each qualifier will have 24 hours from initial contact to respond accepting the invitation. If no response is made, another qualifier will be drawn.
4. Out of the ten qualifiers for each prize, one will win that specific prize.
5. Being a qualifier for one of the prizes does not exclude you from ability to be a qualifier for the other.
6. The Johnnies Prize of six months of free food is presented in the form of a gift card valued at $2500.
7. The car winner will be given the choice of three cars as a prize. A new Hyundai Elantra, a new Nissan Versa, or a new Nissan Sentra. The winner will be responsible for all associated costs to cover tax, tags, and title. This money must be presented prior to the car being placed in their possession.
8. No current employee of either VerStandig Broadcasting, Hamilton Hyundai, Hamilton Nissan, or Johnnies is eligible to participate in the prize giveaways.
